Called twice someone was supposed to get back in touch with me and never did
Their services don't work. The people who answer the phone are outsourced, they don't speak English. I've been hung up more than once. And I still have bugs in my house, I feel like the ants have gotten worse. I think the worst part about it is it takes a week to a week and half to actually get out to a house. They need to hire more techs or something because that is rediculus. I had them for 3 months. I would not recommend this company to anyone, they are terrible!
I wish I could leave zero Stars. Employed terminix to deal with flea issue in my house because of the dogs. Not only did terminix not solve the problem they can I come out to reapply what I guarantee is water to my carpet for another week. You would think people still took pride in their work not at this place. I asked them to be there at 8 a.m. on the news or I would have to go with a different vendor they guaranteed me the technician would be there at 8 a.m. he didn't show up until 9:30 and then when the stuff they put dow... read more
I called them about a mouse. The guy came out, sat at my table explaining the contract ,price quarterly one Year minimum. When I asked if he was going to help with the glue trap he said no. The Exterminators would come out in two days. Okay, let's get this straight, I pay for a service today and wait two days for the exterminator? What are you? He says the sales coordinator. I respond get out of my house. Waste of Time for sure.
