scheduled for service, no call, no show. Needed an inspection for VA home purchase. I'll miss my closing date now. not good people, or good practices, do not use this company
Scheduled an inspection only to have nobody show up during the 2 hour window I was given. I called customer service and they assured me that I would be called within 20 minutes by the inspector. They never called. I will be using a more reliable company for my pest removal needs.
Terrible service
Was tired of my flea investation, & the $$ spent on foggers/sprays/etc .. Looked at the reviews of THIS place, got scared, but was desperate for flea relief ..... And i am EXTREMELY HAPPY i called them. Got next day service. NOT a flea in sight since. Customer service was AWESOME !! .. Nikolai (service guy) was a very very nice man. I cannot speak for other people on here, but i will back Terminix up, .. Thank you guys
