Truly incompetent. I called on Friday and the woman at the big call center scheduled my appointment to spray for fleas for 1-5pm Saturday. She said the technician could come any time between 1 and 5 - which was fine. I go out grocery shopping in the morning and receive a call at 10am that the technician is at my house for our 8-10am appointment! He leaves me a message asking him to call me back. i have never used them but the neighbor was getting their house treated and while they were spraying the windows the wind took the spray and you could literally see the mist of poison covering my pear tree, grapes,and raspberry bushes that i use to feed my family (which includes 4 small children) i would think they would train against back spray especially when house and neighboring plants are so close! i really cannot believe this happened. i luckily have everything on video, and instantly called and filed a complaint. they... read more
My cats caught a mouse which quickly turned in to a flea problem (in door cats as well). No experience with this but a lot of research later I knew I was in trouble. I tend to shy away from large corps and go with the small guy as you receive better quality service. After a no call no show from the little guy I went with Terminix. They came out the very next day for 120 dollars less then the small guy. Performed one treatment in twenty minutes, we were back in the house in four hours. I been waiting for my check for my broken lamp that the guy broke 3 or 4 months ago!!! And they are still encouraging me to wait! Shame on them. Never again
