We have termite and pest control coverage with Terminix. Any time I call , a technician is sent for the problem issue. Mr. Johnny Peacock is my favorite because of his professionalism and his willingness to address all of my concerns. He is such an asset to the company!!!

I have been a Terminix customer for more than 5 years. The service they provide is top notch, Brian Fontine is the tech that services my home, he is always prompt and courteous. i am very satisfied with the service they provide.
Dont bother with Terminix. I wish I hadnt. I have called them to take care of a field mouse that got into our house and some ants in the back yard. They came out twice to spray for the ants, it didnt take care of the problem. Third time I called them, they just put me on hold and never scheduled anything. It took them two weeks to call back, so I cancelled the service, and my husband took care of it. This has been almost six months ago, and they still keep hounding me about a service I cancelled and want payment for months t... read more
