Was given a confirmed date and time and never showed up. After calling and asked, said the appointment was for the following day, despite having a confirmation email with the correct time. Had to miss work to move the cat and baby out of the house to be treated.
After getting estimates with 4 total I chose Terminix and here are the reasons why. First guy came nice enough super personality but after talking with them and all that just didn't really trust them. Second guy again liked him well enough but had to take furniture TO THEM for treatment. Elderly dad I am disabled that leaves having to round up others to help hubby plus renting a truck to move furniture to and from location and finding a friend to house pets and basically renting a room somewhere for 1/2 days nights!! A feiend of mine went through them and all they did was made it worse and then when they called and reported it.to them they suppose to come back out and spray again and they never showed up
