We had a terrible infestation of mice in a rental and there was no report by the tenants. It was an established infestation. Walter was amazing in working with us to remove the infestation and he was willing to come back and replace the traps as they were quickly filling up. We used Terminix before when we lived in the home, and they prevented the mice effectively and I see now they are just as good at eliminating the problem once it does occur.
