I scheduled an appointment on a Thursday afternoon. I had a man call Wednesday morning telling me he would be at my house in and hour and then a woman called Wednesday afternoon to tell me she would be at my house Thursday morning. Im like no i set an appointment for a reason. So now I'm creeped out and don't want them to come at all. I ask to speak to a manager I left a message and the next morning he calls me back. I really wish there would be negative star choice. They never showed up for appointments, treatments never worked. 2 complaints to the BBB, we finally got a whopping 104 dollars refunded. We were lied to 7 times about a supervisor returning our call. Apparently hes constantly driving....AFTER our refund and resolution, a tech guy shows up.....he says it's a convenience call to make right for our problems. AFTER recording our conversation with him CONFIRMING there would be NO charge, we get a bill in the mail. This business i... read more

Horrible in every way. Said my first bill would be $109. Said the only way I could schedule service was to give them my checking account number as they don't have the techs collect payment. Well they charged me $168 instead of $109. Tech was not happy to have someone else on the schedule, but did work us in. When he did it ended up raining. He sprayed in the POURING rain which was 100% not effective. Requested a recall, as their policy states they will come back free of charge if there is still a problem. Worst experience I've ever had with a well-known national company. I tried for two weeks to get a tech to my home for a rodent problem. After the tech missed two appointments and no communication, a call to the corporate office with absolutely no satisfaction, I called Ehrlich. They were here the next day and started treatment. Not only was I treated rudely and unprofessional, I was totally brushed off by employees of Terminix. Hell of a way to treat a potential customer.
