This Terminix Location (Shelton, CT) is amazing they set up appointments then ask you to wait 4 hours for them then NEVER CALL OR SHOW UP. I fell for it twice which is my fault, THERE WON'T BE A THIRD TIME. Don't waste your time, call someone else they don't believe your time is valuable...
My tech has been wonderful, he was able to catch all my mice w/o poison. He did seal a few of the main entries, but they kept finding other ways to get inside. They returned at no extra cost to check and remove the traps within 1 week of calling about bad odors in my attic. After having repairs done to my home I haven't had any more mice and will probably no longer need there service, I may hire them to install insulation in my attic which will kill any "bat bugs". I would recommend as a low cost solution to pest problems.
