I've used Terminite a few of times for different services over the past 10 years, I liked they were local and they did a decent job. BUT they price gouge every time you call them back. Each call back, even for regular preventative services, they increase the same service by $50-$100, saying to cost of chemicals have gone up by that much. They clearly don't believe in strong relationships with their existing customers, I'll move on. to other services.
staff came over and saw that there was no signs live termite, saw the paperwork reflecting 2 treatments on the past 8 years, said that treatment should not be done that often due to large amount of chemicals, that he would discuss with boss what to put on report, he would put notes of damage but not live termite, for me to forward previous paperwork to office. A termite inspection was performed through a home inspector that was arranged by the buyer of our house. To appease the buyers and sell our house we agreed to the remediation for $300. When the Terminite representative arrived to perform the remediation he agreed with us that he didn't believe it was termites but in fact that it was rotten wood. He still performed the remediation and would not change the report. I would not recommend this company as they did not conduct business with any integrity.
I had home inspection done with prime choice home inspection nj. I believe they work together with Terminite. I believe Brian was the termite inspector. He was very thorough and provided a detailed report at a reasonable price. very satisfied
