Good food, friendly staff, the space in the restaurant is a little tight to eat inside tho.
Food is moderate and certainly not good enough to excuse cooks in plain site of the customers with their pants halfway down and their underwear and butt completely exposed. This comes down to lack of leadership. To allow this in plain site of the customer is embarrassing.
Cailynn asked I was a first timer. I said yes. She did an absolutely wonderful job of showing me how to order and making suggestions. She is a great asset at the front dealing with customers.
Always a huge wait and they're constantly out of product. The manager couldn't get the other employees to do their job and they were just messing around in the back. I've been 3 times to Teriyaki Madness and have never had a good experience.
