Very rarely do i call out or post negative reviews. However, I feel I must share this rather horrible and embarrassing experience. My spouse had an interview there this afternoon for an open position. The interview was going well until the General Manager inquired about any criminal history. My husband has a felony on his record, but has worked extremely hard to redeem himself. When Teriyaki Madness first opened, I gave it a shot. I thought it was odd that everyone behind the counter looked like middle schoolers, and for the money the bowls were small and not much food for the price. On top of that, the store itself is absolutely tiny. If it’s even remotely busy, you end up awkwardly standing around hovering over people who are trying to eat, while the poor folks at the tables get everyone’s nuts and butts in their face and practically in their food. Had an order delivered via Uber Eats and was missing half of it. I called the store and they did offer to refund what was missing. Unfortunately the food was not good. Our order was placed around 730 and it looked and tasted like what we got was just whatever was leftover from a dinner rush. My orange chicken was 80% dime size breaded nuggets that didn’t taste like chicken, the egg roll was soggy and not warm on the inside, and the potstickers were too greasy to eat.
