Had the absolute worst experience today. The manager lied about how she "remade" the bowl we got incorrect. I would like the owner to reach out to me before I make a BBB complaint.
I ordered food to go and it took 40 minutes to get the food, kept watching people come and go. If you have time on your hands and wanna wait around I recommend you come here
What a strange experience. There was no one in line. Everyone was back cooking or filling orders. I waited a few minutes, and finally a girl came up and And I explained I had already paid online and was just there to pick up the order. She said it would be a few minutes. I waited about 20 minutes and then I realized she had put my order on the little takeout rack and never said a word to me. So I took the order and walked out the door and no one said a word.
