I had a great experience at Teriyaki Madness! The staff was incredibly friendly, fast, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Everything was handled efficiently, and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant. It’s always nice to visit a place where the team is both professional and genuinely kind. I’ll definitely be coming back!
I purchased a gift card for fifty dollars and loaded it on the app after countless back and forth with this organization and finally need to set dinner up in a pinch. So I run into the Katy location only to have the checkout representative tell me it’s invalid and they don’t have a barcode reader at this location. This place has been nothing short of a scam shop with no accountability!! there you one star###!
