I love coming here on my break time during work! I always get the katsu bowl and it’s my favorite! Employees are always welcoming and friendly. Always be one of my favorites.
I visited this location several times in the last few months. The staff is slow to acknowledge you at the counter when you arrive. They take about 20 minutes to prepare your food when you order in the restaurant. On my previous visit I ordered online on the app and the food was ready 20 minutes later than the pick up time given. The food quality has been okay. I hope this location can improve it's service and stay around.
Walked in just now on 8/20/26 walked to the counter lady looked at me and continued to do what she was doing. I literally stood there forever with no acknowledgment, no welcome in, I’ll be right with you, nothing. After standing at the counter forever, I just walked out. Horrible customer service!

I used to enjoy eating here, but my most recent visit was extremely disappointing. I ordered a large bowl with two proteins (Spicy Teriyaki Chicken and Spicy Orange Chicken) plus vegetables, and it was a complete waste of $22. The presentation was terrible. The vegetables, which should have been a side, took up most of the bowl, while the chicken was just piled on top in a small clump.
