I ordered chicken breast teriyaki, and about 5–7 minutes after paying, a staff member came out and told me that if I wanted chicken breast, I’d have to wait another 20 minutes. That was unacceptable, so I settled for chicken thighs instead — which also happen to be cheaper — yet no refund or price adjustment was offered. The staff are never very friendly. And they are soooooo slow. Long wait every time I come in, 15 minutes at least. So far today I’ve been sitting here 32 minutes. For a fast food order. At least let people know when it’s going to be a ridiculously long wait.
I’ve been to this location twice now. First time chicken bowl. Very good and the teriyaki sauce is the best around. Second visit I had the beef teriyaki. Good flavor but the only thing preventing a 5 star review is the steak quality is not the best with a fair amount of gristle. But all and all a great place for teriyaki bowls.
Salmon was very good the teriyaki chicken was amazing Noodles were good too I just wouldn't get the white rice again
