I placed an online order here around 12:30 for pick up. I paid $50. I get to the restaurant the open sign is on. It tells me I can pick up my order and the doors are completely locked and it’s dark inside. I called the number at least five or six times no answer and no ability to leave a voicemail. Every single time, I ask for my veggies cooked extra. It is never cooked enough. Today, the chicken is so well done (not what I asked for) that I can't even eat it. This place has really gone downhill since changing owners. We won't be back. And don't order the beef unless you like roast beef tough crappy beef. The chicken used to be edible but...

Great selection of teriyaki bowls. We had the tofu bowl which was excellent - lots of veggies, big chunks of fried tofu and white rice. the employee gave me a sample of the spicy tofu and it was so good! I’ll be ordering that for next time. The portions are a good size even the kiddie sizes. My child also enjoyed practicing her chopstick eating skills. The fork-chopsticks are great, haven’t seen them before. She got good at eating her rice with the chopstick side.
