I am extremely disappointed with Teriyaki Madness in Mooresville, NC. The last three times I’ve ordered (since August 22, 2025 until September 30, 2025), the food has been inedible—and after giving it multiple chances, I won’t be returning anytime soon. Each time the food was either burned, cold, poorly portioned, or a combination of the three. Person behind the counter was slow and unhelpful. Additionally they will not take $100 bills but do not have signage. Which would be fine if they knew that and didn’t spend forever figuring out they don’t take them.
Ate here for 1st time. Great service and tasty fresh food. We will be back. O ly complaint is the combo chop stick fork. Awkward to use.
