Very welcoming and great staff. Food is well done and consistent. Probably eat here about 60 times a year. Team always goes above and beyond. Well run location. Thank you!
This family owned (& ran!) restaurant has the best service, quality, and atmosphere is great! Food comes out quick, and everyone is really helpful even if you aren’t sure! Also, this goes for mooresville and Charlotte stores. Don’t skip and opportunity to see if you can spot Marlin, Brandi, or one of their kids:) (Pictured: chicken teriyaki bowl with white rice and veggies.)
The customer service is a joke. Asked a question about our order and the kitchen staff started talking about us and comparing our question to a tik tok video. Won’t be going back again.
The food is good the spicy orange chicken the breaded one is our favorite and the teriyaki chicken is also good. Where i thought they excelled was the service, I accidentally ordered the wrong chicken online it was slightly confusing, the spicy orange chicken is different then orange spicy chicken and yes that is the exact wording on there website but the staff instantly switched out the already made food for the chicken we wanted with no hassle or making is feel bad so in my opinion 5 star service.
Tori at the Mooresville location was the sweetest and was so helpful.
