The lobby is dirty. The cashier just it’s at the table on her phone until someone comes in and walks up to the register. Why isn’t she cleaning the lobby before deciding to sit? Doesn’t greet customers. Sticky old dried up soda left on the counters by the drinks. Maybe it’s tea? The floor hasn’t been swept. Garbage under the drink machines. Absolutely terrible. Love ordering online pick up in store
Food was hot and ok. Panda Express is better. The restaurant was dirty and the employees didn’t care. We were the only ones in the restaurant for nearly an hour so no excuse for it being dirty.
Absolutely love this place! It can be hard to find safe gluten-free options, but Teriyaki Madness in Hamden makes it easy. Their gluten-free selections are clearly labeled on the menu, which gave me peace of mind right away. The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to help with any questions. My wife and I door dashed this restaurant and the quality of the food we ordered for 100$ was horrible! It was dry, and the fried rice had a moldy smell to it and the steak and chicken bowl was awful the steak was 2x’s the thickness of Steakums! It was awful and actually not sure it was even steak. I had experienced the total opposite in the Hartford location so this location needs to step it up!
