I ordered online picked up in the store. The man put my dinner in a brown bag sideways. It would not have fit in the bag any other way. They used to have plastic bags which were perfect. When I got home the juice had leaked out of my dinner onto the bag which made the bag weak and I picked it up and my dinner fell on the ground. I was able to save it. Food is good. Customer service and atmosphere is terrible. Walked in for a pickup only one in the restaurant. No one noticed me for at least 2-4mins. Assumed they were busy so didn't want to bother but could have gotten a hello, welcome, be right with you or something. Placed a pickup order. Friendly and great service
Chicken teriyaki with rice and broccoli was very good. Tender Chicken and the large bowl was definitely worth the money, And friendly staff
The food is excellent. First Teriyaki Madness i went to was in Va Beach. I love there food. Closest on to me is in Hamden.Don't mind traveling, but hopefully, one will open in Stratford CT in the near future.
