Very good food. It takes a while to get food but it is normal considering the food is made on the spot for you. Food was nice and hot. Broccoli was well cooked. Chicken was good. Definitely try this food if you want to get away from other food chains. We did Trivia while we waited.
Only reason for the low rating is, I find it annoying when things that are advertised to order online or on an app don’t matchup in store. Saw that I could do a madness combo for pot stickers on the app, went into that same location and they told me they didn’t offer that in store. That’s frustrating.
The teriyaki bowls are fabulous. The only issue that I have with them is I go in there. And I spend $50 each time, I'm in there. 2 to 3 times a week. And to get extra teriyaki sauce to go. They charge you for that. You get one cup for a small order. One cup for a medium order and one cup for a large order. And the medium and large are nowhere near enough sauce with one cup
