Great customer service, very delicious food.
The lady that was taking our order she was nice, but the two dudes in the back was horrible aggravated just their face fresh and just gave it all away and I really did not like the slack in the aggravation and just getting annoyed when people ask people walk in But the cashier was great though excellent service but the two the two workers in the back just aggravate they just look aggravated and just annoyed and like they didn’t wanna be at work no more
I ordered delivery for my employees at work through Teriyaki Madness’s website. I used their preferred delivery method. The food was scheduled to arrive in 40 minutes. When the time was for the food to be delivered, it says the order was canceled. When I called the restaurant, they said it was not their problem and that they had no record of my transaction. Great teriyaki bowls! They have a good variety of proteins and mix ins that way you always have something new to try. Kinda pricy for bowls, but definitely the best I've had! Update: Place seems to be slipping. Ordered online one hour early for a set time and showed up to wait an extra 20 minutes after it was scheduled to be ready. There is no use to have this option if it's slower than walking in and ordering. I used it because I dudnt have time to wait but ended up late to an appointment and ate my food cold because of it.
Stopped in for takeout dinner. Ordered online which was easy to do. Got one large spicy orange chicken bowl and one regular vegetable bowl - both with fried rice. Pretty deep bowls that are filled with food. The spicy orange chicken was really good. Lot of rice in the large bowl. Veggies cooked just enough to be soft but also have a crunch. Flavor of rice and vegetables was also good. Staff was very friendly, and food was ready when promised. Overall great experience and will be back!
