I stopped in to this location on Friday 4/24. I had been in the past and didn't not have a good experience but decided to give them another try and I was blown away by the customer service. They were slammed! Only two people working, the woman up front is a new manager, I don't remember her name but she was so helpful and kind to everyone waiting for orders, talking to everyone and making them feel seen which is a big part of good management! The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. The atmosphere they provided was THE BEST! They are certainly making the Teriyaki Madness on Silicon Heights great again!!!
Great food and service. I always take out. Seating is adequate if dining in.
This place is awful not to mention they’ve failed health inspection multiple times… it’s constantly hot in there (even worse in the cold, i’ve seen employees shivering and turn purple because they don’t have any sort of heat or ac in there), employees are always stressed, food takes forever to come out. most of the employees are great though… food is overpriced and most of it is frozen, def not worth the hype at all. #justicefortheemployees save your time and money (like literally)
I don’t know what’s happened to this place because when it barely opened it was good but lately they don’t care. Ordered one large and one medium bowl and received two medium bowls and didn’t even finish my bowl. Everything was like mush with the rice and vegetables. Also the chicken wasn’t even really cut up just thrown in there.
