I was really disappointed with my recent visit. When I came in, I wasn’t greeted at all. I had requested curbside service and waited about 30 minutes in my car, but no one brought my food out even though I was parked right in front of the store. When I finally went inside, my order was just sitting on the counter, and the staff didn’t seem to care when I mentioned how long I had been waiting. I visited this location yesterday and ordered two regular bowls and two egg rolls. Unfortunately, the experience was really disappointing. The egg rolls were extremely overcooked, and the chicken breast in my bowl was so burnt it was inedible. I was genuinely looking forward to giving Teriyaki Madness another try, but this visit reminded me why I had stopped coming in the past.
