RecommendedThe food is always great! Unfortunately they are always understaffed. Every time trying to call in a take out order they answer telling you to hold and then you're left on hold for a lengthy period of time or they just don't answer at all. Once you arrive there's typically a line to the door and only one person taking orders, one person cooking and one person trying to get all the orders put together. Burnt Katsu Chicken bowl, posted it on their facebook page WITH a picture of the burnt chicken, and they deleted it instead of even responding.
Tasty, quick, not-horrible-for-you food and they have a DOPE waterfall. I mean, what more can you want?
I had a coupon and decided to try it. It was very good food and fast service. I couldn’t eat all of it and took the rest home and the food was still delicious reheated.
I was so disgusted when the gentlemen making my order didn't wash his hands or put on gloves before starting my order then he proceeded to come to the front count money for another employee then proceed to go back to the kitchen still not washing and no gloves then he reached into the chopped vegetables with his dirty hands grab some to stirfry for me!!! No freakin way I got my money back and walked out!! Never go back.
