irresponsible, unreliable, incapable and unprofessional. I first went to this lady for one simple thing- to get my spine adjusted. I told her that UP FRONT. she first insisted an examination- did that. then she said we had to do some kind of sound machine first- did that. then she said she had to do Xrays first- she did that. her Xray machine looked like it was built in the 60's. to no surpise? the Xrays from her equipment? un-usable. so she told me I had to go to MY DOCTOR to get Xrays. I first went to this lady on 9/4/2018 to get my back adjusted. at that time she was located at the old hospital near SJSU. she recommended several other treatments that she wanted to do first. I told her I still needed the adjustment- she said she would need to do Xrays first. she did. her equipment looked very old & out dated. to no surprise- her Xrays were un-useable. she requested that I go to my doctor to get Xrays.
