Update: Today, August 2025, our 18 year old Amish neighbor saw Dr. Formanek, after his hand met with a table saw. Once again, Dr. Formanek, with his calm caring manner, was able to deliver some hard information to this young man with language easily understood by all in the room. Dr. Formanek took the time to describe all the options, some difficult to hear, in a compassionate technique, as only a sympathetic surgeon who has a humaneness for people would do.
