We worked with Teri as the seller's agent on a property we were interested in buying. Her communications and overall professionalism prior to putting in our offer were high. She actually advocated on our behalf to the sellers, resulting in us raising our bid and getting our offer accepted on our dream home. I am not so naive as to believe that many New York real estate agents care about anything other than $$$. However, an agent who continues to represent clients who have chosen to lie and act in bad faith is reprehensible in my eyes. Teri has a poorly aligned moral compass with no qualms representing clients who will stab you in the back for an extra buck. She is a caricature of profit over people.
