I just closed on a house in Mt Juliet on Friday. Please read my experience with the seller's real estate agent, Teri Cannon of RE/MAX Carriage House. Teri was communicative during the offer and contract process. As soon as the sale closed, that's where the real Teri came out. Offer made, countered, and accepted on Sept 1st.
