Teresa is so thorough and knowledgeable about the body and why you feel certain things and how everything is all connected! I recommend her for anyone looking for some real Fascia Stretch Therapy! She’s amazing to say the least, take my word for it, after years of playing college and professional football, Teresa is most definitely the person that can help you! Highly Recommend Yall!
