She’s the only therapist that has been able to resolve my neuropathy like symptoms and my lack of circulation. I have tried deep tissue massage as well as relaxing, massages, and hot stone therapy. Nothing has truly worked the way that the Frederick approach has worked. She’s the only therapist that I will allow to see me for neuropathy. I am now seeing her every two weeks. I also see her for intraoral FST FasciaStretch Therapy promotes joint space and somatic nerve root release.
Teresa is so knowledgeable and experienced on so many levels and I really love having her as a trainer. She goes above and beyond with everyone she comes across just an amazing person and always makes you feel comfortable and make sure no matter what that you’re gonna stay safe While weight training.
