RecommendedTeresina is great. The community is quiet and has everything a couple and family needs. My family and I are completely satisfied with the customer service and professionalism of the community and really appreciate the smooth transition of our move to the Chula Vista area. Chad is the best!

I have been living at Teresina for a year and just renewed for another one. The place is quiet and the apartment has everything we need. The best thing about Teresina is the staff. I have no complaints.
A quiet and calm place. Near of very nice malls. 😊
Terrible experience living in these apartments. Owners don't pick up after their dogs. So there's poo all over the place. Parking is horrible if you have more than one car. Guy that is usually the person available in the front desk is always rude and looked like any simple question asked was such a bother. Definently wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
