We're on our second project with Teresi Construction. Great work, great team, very easy to work with and they deliver against any/all requests we've had.
We used this guy right before the pandemic hit and will never use him again. The subcontractors were great but more than once he hadn’t been communicating with them or with us and we had the drywall guy show up on the wrong day and the plumbing company and the painter came in and painted prior to other stuff being completed and needed to be touched up and wasn’t- the finished product wasn’t awful but it wasn’t worth the headache or time it took for everyone to get on the same page. Would not recommend
I advise that any homeowners always background check your contractors!!!! Our experience- When we were trying to find a contractor and looking through local ads Teresi Construction seemed familiar and I thought I remembered that some of my extended family had worked with or for Teresi Construction professionally awhile back so my husband called for an estimate for our renovation in Napa. A couple of years ago we hired Tony Teresi to build a backyard trellis. He did a great job, was timely, honored his word and was great to work with.
