During my very first visit, I was not asked for any sort of vaccination history, which I should've realized was a red flag to begin with....very unsafe for the dogs! Then as I was discussing my Maltese's groom, the owner's Boxer barked nonstop, which didn't help calm my dog's nerves. Only fifteen minutes after I dropped her off, I received a call saying to come pick her up immediately because she "wouldn't stop barking."
