Garbage front desk staff… a provider Should have enough pride in their practice and degree to make sure that their patients are getting the proper care on the front end, as well. My son has waited MONTHS. And the front office is awful and rude any time you try to get an ETA on when they can SCHEDULE HIM. A wait this long should be M A L P R A C T I C E….. just tell people you’re not accepting new patients if you can’t get them in for over half a year.

I read a wonderful review, so I decided to try to get an appointment for my child. The receptionist said she could not make the appointment without first talking to the nurse, then called me back a couple of hours later, and told me that the Dr. said she could not treat my child. No explanation was given to me as to why, so I am not sure what’s going on there. If she saw my child and decided she can not treat, that’s understandable.
