Wow! What a (finally) good experience! After dealing with 20 some agents for many different houses, we finally found someone who responded promptly, worked her magic and was very understanding of our situation! Teresa is simply amazing. We stumbled upon a house we fell in love with out of nowhere, and she jumped right in and made it happen.
