Dr. Tam is absolutely the best! She has a great bedside manner and really put my worries to ease about an invasive procedure I need to have. She was kind, thoughtful and really listened to me when other doctors I had been to dismissed me. Dr. Tam was very detailed and thorough explaining everything to me and gave me options. Wanted to love this place based on the reviews, but unfortunately I'll be looking elsewhere. I scheduled online on Thursday afternoon. I got a call today (Monday) that I made an appointment during a time slot that "is not available". I called back the number in the voicemail at 1:50 pm on Monday when they are listed as "open" (tried it three times to make sure I got the number right) and, each time, someone picked up the phone (a bot? a human? not sure) and said "Answering service for Dr. Tam. Dr Tam and all her office/medical team were great! Making an appointment was easy and the check in process went smoothly. Dr Tam took the time to explain everything and made sure I was informed of next steps for my course of treatment.
I finally found my favorite Dr. Chand, looking forward to seeing him once again soon! I gotta two hour drive but he worth it. So happy/blessed to have fount him. He saved my life twice already and I need him to save it one last time, three strikes I'm out. See you soon Dr and I can't wait. He is the best ya'll I wouldn't lie to you. He a bariatrics life changing/ life saving Dr. One of the best, if not the best Dr. In Illinois period
