The house I purchased was represented by Ms. O’Doherty and the house was empty as it was owned by an elderly couple from Ireland. I had my agent request access to the garage to pre-stage boxes prior to closing and she refused without a reason. It was our first time purchasing our home and Teresa already came highly recommended from a friend. She did not disappoint! Teresa answered all our questions with urgency and treated us like family.
