I have Medi-Cal so finding acupuncture that is covered is tough. I explained I’m going to acupuncture for pain relief for my fibromyalgia in my initial intake form questions, pretty standard. Things just went downhill from there… I called the number and there was confusion with which location I was contacting. I have lower back, sciatica and left hip pain from 20 plus years of up and down ladders on ships and walking hard decks in the Navy. I did not want to take pain meds to just cover it up and shots were just masking it and had to be done every three months. Theresa has helped relieve the pain with acupuncture, electrical stimulation, cupping and muscle manipulation. These things have helped me be able to enjoy doing things like golf and allow me to do yard work and enjoy every day life with less to no pain.

I threw my back out last week and could not even stand up straight. I was in incredible pain and had a difficulty working. I had one session with Teresa and was able to stand up straight again and there was a noticeable decrease in my pain. I would highly recommend Teresa she is very personable and knowledgable about her field. Just by having casual conversation with her about acupuncture and holistic healing you can tell how passionate she is about what she does.
