Have dealt with many attorneys that provide far more honest estimates on the cost of court proceedings. Teresa Weiner grossly misrepresented the cost of suing for custody and flatly refused to discuss the bill and then filed against me in court to collect. She is disgusting.
Well respected, very knowledgeable. I was blind-sided by DFAC in regards to a family member and she helped put our minds to ease. She walked us through the process and and to a very good resolution.
She is my new phew attorney, she allowed my sister who was under hospice care to sign her Power of Attorney over to her boyfriend, now she did a will and let her boyfriend sign her name and got his 14 year old nephew to be a witness to these documents. I do not think very highly of her and her ways
