In 2011, Teri helped us purchase an old (1883) commercial building in downtown Port Townsend, WA. In 2016, she listed our building for sale. We were very happy with the timely sale at a good return on our investment. In both cases, Teri provided excellent advice and assistance. For the purchase, she assembled a 3-ring notebook full of historical and pertinent information about the building and previous owners.
