I am 50/50 with my experience. Yes she got us the house we wanted, but every step of the way I felt like an inconvenience. Especially while viewing homes and she’s just off on her phone with another client. Not horrible to work with, but if you want that exciting memorable first time home buying experience…we didn’t get that with her unfortunately…..I even had to go pick up my own keys on closing day :( In response to Teresa’s reaponse - The delay was on the sellers side not mine, but that’s not the issue. After seeing the care Teresa took with the sale of my grandmother’s house, she was my first choice when I decided to move. She helped me both sell my old house and purchase a new house, providing rock solid advice at every step of the way, and ensuring I felt comfortable with every decision. I just called Matteo Valerio, I was hoping that he could represent me in my next transaction. However, when I asked him a simple question, he hung up on me. Mateo, getting angry, reacting impulsively shows that you are not fit to be real estate agent. You have a serious issues dealing with your emotions. People in Edmonton deserve someone who treats them with respect and you are not the one.
