Sloppily ignored patient's best interests by not paying attention to details of a case.
I had the pleasure of meeting the MOST INCREDIBLE Physician this morning. Dr. Teresa Olsen is, by far, the most knowledgeable individual I have ever met. A little history: I have been chronically ill for a long time. Over the years doctors have dismissed my symptoms as, “depression, anxiety, (bipolar disorder-which I was misdiagnosed with @ 19 yo), etc.” Constantly, for the past three years, I’ve just been overly mistreated. Attention to detail. Knowledgeable. Compassionate. Excellent bedside manner. Great staff too.
I am assuming that this office is closed. I have left 2 messages for a prescription refill and a message begging for a call back and have yet to hear a response. The automated message states not to leave multiple messages because it would only delay the response time. But it has been 4 weeks so I am not sure what the response time should be.
