I had a 1:30 appointment on 7/7. It took 1 1/2 hours to get there due to high volume traffic and I was on time. After waiting in the back room 45 minutes, Jackie came in to “ask a few questions”and said doctor would be a few minutes. After waiting another 45 minutes I went out to see what was going on and was finally told the doctor wasn’t there and I could see a PA if I wanted. Dr Habacker showed me how this myxoid cyst affected my finger. She will be taking care of it and I have full confidence in her.
Dr Teresa Habacker and her assistant are indeed exceptional. I have been treated by Dr. Habacker before with excellent results and would recommend her with out hesitation. Supporting staff nurses and front desk also very good. However, the patient waiting area is a problem but could be easily be corrected. In short the TV in the reception area is left on the entire time with the volume set at a level which is so extremely loud, uncomfortable and annoying.
