Super snappy and rude
Fast. Efficient & friendly. Concerned for patients wellbeing. Explained procedures well. ALMOST makes going to the doctor pleasant. Highly recommend.
Dr. Grossi was super cool, and unphased by the screaming child in the next room. She checked all of my hundreds of spots and took 4 biopsies same visit when I was only concerned about one. I felt cared for, important, and I was also impressed that the office had someone who spoke another language for a patient that spoke no English. The interpreter and her got along well, and I'm sure she felt well cared for also. I'm happy that I was treated like a human with health concerns, rather than a monster with hundreds of tiny flaw... read more
