Another amazing session with Teresa on Sept 18th! She seems to be able to read me and can sense what best approach to take from one visit to the next. Of course, open communication helps but I just always leave her practice feeling so much better! I can't say enough about this lovely therapist!
Teresa is the best massage therapist I have ever had There is a discussion before any treatment about how your feeling and if there are parts that need to extra attention or be avoided. She is very intune with how your body reacts She has done basic massage, reiki, cranial sacral massage and reflexology on me. I cannot say enough good things about her
I've been seeing Teresa for a number of years now and so appreciate the help she has provided me. With issues from a car accident many years ago and falls more recently, she helps relieve muscle and skeletal pain. Aftercare homework is also spot on and greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Teresa for her gentle and caring approach, open communication and hands down solid talent and skill.
