We had a really bad experience with Teresa Coleman as the Seller's Agent on the other side. She kept us waiting and waiting for the closing. The closing got postponed at least 4 times. It took us almost two months to close even with our ALL CASH offer with some seller financing. She seemed to be putting her own interest above her client's as we found out that the seller was not that sophisticated (an elderly lady in her late 70's) and she basically went with what Teresa said. Teresa Coleman was not my agent, but an agent of a property we were looking at buying. We put in a bid for the home which we were told by her that someone else had put in a verbal offer but no paperwork was filed yet. She communicated with my realtor that same evening and stated that things looked good and communicated positivity about us being able to get the home.
