I walked in 10 minutes after they were supposed to be open at 10am and the door was locked. We noticed someone was inside and saw us but didn’t get up to open the door. My husband and I walked away to go to another location and when we got to the car we saw she opened the door. As we’re walking back to the store she seemed annoyed and asked “What do you need?” Her demeanor was short and unwelcoming. This place is horrible. I went to another Dr and they saw something that my eye Dr never mentioned to me and now since it has been so long gone unnoticed I will have to have eye surgery. Never needed those bi focals. The new Dr literally said “no one has ever mentioned this to you ever? I never miss my appointments because I have awesome insurance and it covers it and my eyes are bad. So NO THANK YOU. They are only worried about money. That’s why they always have availability
I have a great experiences at this office I came to exchange my lenses and the manager help me out with my order and I came today to exchange my lenses and he help me to fit my frames because they were coming out from my face. Amazing experience I highly recommend this office
