She did nothing to close my case... she had issues with serving documents in time for court. She charged for every correction she made wrong and made it my fault ending in more charges. She advised not to come to court stating that they would just continue the case because they never receivedthe paperworkin time. She assumed that the courts were closed when she needed to speak to DCCS which was open.
