I have been a patient for a long time. Over 25 years. First, I was never able to get through the phone line. Very frustrating....enough to make you sick. Secondly you were NOT able to leave a message at all. This was a red flag because I think it was one of the most important things you should be able to do at any Doctors office. Now ….
