I have been a patient for a long time. Over 25 years. First, I was never able to get through the phone line. Very frustrating....enough to make you sick. Secondly you were NOT able to leave a message at all. This was a red flag because I think it was one of the most important things you should be able to do at any Doctors office. Now …. It's quite sad that some doctors are great but have awful receptionists. This receptionist needs to learn some customer service skills, it's the same bad attitude each phone call.
