Tim, John, and the whole team are class acts. They are establishing a new standard for realtors, and take the time to explain each stage of the home-buying process. Tim made it frictionless for me, and was always extremely responsive. This was easily the best home-buying experience I have had, and I would highly recommend Tim, and any of the realtors the Terebey Team has.
Not sure how to reach him when his properties need maintenance. Broken window - literally gone and bugs coming in- are just about as welcoming as mold in the bathroom. Needs a better admin or investment in a clean up guy. Update - after waiting 2 months for what was promised in the lease, being promised 1 month credit, despite not being able to move in for 2, John went back on his word unless our honest review is taken down. I guess collecting is the only part of land lording he wants to honor.
