Not sure how to reach him when his properties need maintenance. Broken window - literally gone and bugs coming in- are just about as welcoming as mold in the bathroom. Needs a better admin or investment in a clean up guy.
Tim Crew is by far, the best realtor I have ever worked with. The purchase of my two-family investment property was nothing short of smooth, and efficient.
