Good service. Clean and quick install. Helped with various provincial grants and paperwork - which technically is not their responsibility but they did it anyway. Setup installed for 4 years now. Now issues. Would recommend
From my first contact with Terawatt to the completion of the installation, my experience was very positive. We had our panels installed during the beginning of the rebate program. Terawatt kept us informed of the status of our rebate request and did everything to ensure we met the criteria with both the Greener Homes initiative as well as Hydro One. The installation of excellent and the panels and converter have been flawless since being installed.
For the most part the experience was good, Cosmin and his team were great to deal with. Make sure to ask about snow/ice guards if you think you will need them as they do not come mandatory.
