Ordered a server and have to wait for more then 24hrs when it state automatic deployment. Call sales no answer , call NOC still no answer and even account management no answer. Support is super slow promise to help install OS as the hardware provided has no console access aka IPMI . No option to reload OS just plain device detail thats all. All i can say is bad experience with this host and regret buying it.
Good network. Bad hardware (slow NVME). Bad Support (2-3 days for answer, some questions are ignored). Place cancelation request on 1 october. Now 9 october, no cancelation, no one answer on request, no refunds). Scam?
