Surprised to see the negative reviews about Ms. Ritchie. Took over as my NP after a fairly poor experience at another practice in the area. Professional, timely, and was quite helpful with veteran paperwork needs. Hope she's around for as long as I am. Thanks greatly, Tera.
I cannot say enough good things about this woman. She has been my primary for longer than I can remember. I have found her to be straight forward and willing to say what is needed to be said. When I started to follow her advice my physical and metal state both improved, imagine that, listening to the doctor actually works
I wish there was a way to leave 0 Stars and I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience that I had with her a few years back. Its a bit lengthy but worth reading. Unfortunately, I found this nurse's bedside manner to be low-key rude and a bit unjust. She came across as dismissive and even laughed a bit when you dare address or express your concerns. I was first referred to Tera Ritchie a couple years ago when I was seeking to replace my provider with whom I was extremely disappointed. I have a pretty extensive family medical history. You name it, a relative probably had it. I was just going for my annual checkups and occasional bouts of bronchitis. After coming down with crippling arthritis Tera has been very thorough with reviewing my meds, making adjustments if needed, based on rheumatology input, and working with me to lessen the severe inflammation flare ups.
